A. No. Although we can only represent one of you, the Marital Settlement Agreement can prepared along with the pleadings and the matter can be resolved uncontested.
Q. I don't understand the worker's compensation and social security forms, can you help me figure them out?

Q. What do I need to bring to my appointment?
A. Please bring any documentation you may have regarding your matter, the more we have to work, the quicker we can get started helping you resolve your legal issues.
Q. How long do I have to be a resident of this County before I can file for a divorce?
A. Six (6) months to file for divorce and three (3) months for legal separation
Q. How long does it take to go through Probate of an Estate?
A. Six (6) months to one (1) year, depending on the value of the estate and the numbers of heirs. If there is no contention between the heirs, meaning everyone gets along then it would take 6 months from start to finish.
Q. How much does a consultation cost?
A. $100.00 for up to an half hour.
Q. I don't get off work till 5pm, what time do you close?
A. Our normal office hours are 8am - 12pm & 1pm - 5pm, but we are happy to stay after hours and on the weekend to serve our clients needs.
Q. I don't have a babysitter, can I bring my child(ren) to the appointment with me?
A. Yes. We are a family friendly office and understand that there may be times that you will need to bring your children with you.
Q. My elderly parent is in a nursing home and cannot get to the office for an appointment, can you come the home to see them?
A. Yes. We try to accommodate requests for in home or alternate living visits whenever needed.
