Nathan O.S. Jones

Coming from a family of lawyers, Mr. Jones was raised surrounded by the practice of law. After attending San Francisco State for his undergraduate degree, he attended McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento,California. He worked full time through law school, working for a number of well-respected law firms in the Sacramento area that focused on business, real estate, and landlord-tenant litigation. Mr. Jones has significant experience in representing commercial property owners and small business owners in developing creative solutions to the myriad difficulties they face every day.

Mr. Jones joined Dennis Albright in March of 2014 in Red Bluff, California. Since moving to Tehama County, he has developed an attachment to the County, its people and its way of life. 

Mr. Jones is licensed to practice law before all courts in the State of California and in the United States Federal Court, Eastern District of California. He is also fluent in Spanish and strongly believes in assisting the Latino community in obtaining equal access to the Courts.

Dennis D. Albright (1944-2018)

Dennis Albright was raised on a wheat farm in North Dakota and at the age of 13, moved to Sandpoint, Idaho where he graduated from Sandpoint High school in 1962. Mr. Albright attended New Mexico State University where he studied engineering, he obtained his Bachelors Degree from the University of Idaho in 1968 and his Juris Doctorate in 1973.

Mr. Albright moved to Red Bluff in late 1973 and worked with attorney Al Frazier for about a year, he then opened an office with Richard Scheuler where they had a public defenders contract but practiced in nearly all areas of the law. In 1990 Mr. Albright built his office on Madison Street and has been practicing Family Law, Estate Planning, Probate, Elder Law and Real Estate. One of Mr. Albright 's most accomplished cases involved his having obtained a $750,000 adult financial abuse judgment against the offending child/stepchild of the defrauded seniors. Mr. Albright has also served as a Special Master for the California State Bar.

Mr. Albright has been married to his wife Syrie for more than 30 years and has 2 daughters, Aubin, a nurse and Mallory, an economist for the Air Resource Board. Mr. Albright is an avid fisherman, has a boutique olive orchard and loves to spend time at his condo in Mexico.
